I am writing to express my disappoint-ment regarding my recent stay at Azure Haven Hotel, from 17th to 20th July.

First, upon arrival, I found the check-in process to be prolonged, despite having made a reservation well in advance. Second, I was disappointed by the lack of proper attention to maintaining cleanli-ness. There were foul odours in my room and the beds were completely disorganiz-ed. Also, while some of the staff were professional, others appeared inattentive to the needs of guests.

I believe we are in the right to ask for an explanation and I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding the action taken to address my concerns.

Tôi viết thư này để bày tỏ thất vọng về kỳ nghỉ gần đây của tôi tại Khách sạn Azure Haven từ ngày 17 đến ngày 20 tháng 7.
