I’ve been travelling round Europe all summer, and it’s been an amazing first trip abroad! I’ve seen loads of fascinating places and made loads of new friends, like Giselle from France, who was also on holiday. Now that I’m back, we text each other all the time, mostly in English because my French is still a work in progress! I’m planning to visit her in France next year sometime. I hope I can. Meeting people from other countries has been such a rewarding experience—I’d love to have friends from all over the world! Travelling certainly broadens the mind but it also broadens your circle of friends!

Tôi đã đi du lịch khắp châu Âu suốt mùa hè, và đó là chuyến đi nước ngoài đầu tiên tuyệt vời!
