A.

        It is true that tourism is very important for the revenue of many countries. In terms (1)……. economic development , tourism can create jobs (2)…………local people and bring money to the country.

         Tourism development usually begins with the constrution of hotels , resorts and other places for tourists to stay. Additionally, there may be restaurants , night clubs and recreation facilities such as golf (3) …………., tennis courts , and swimming pools built (4) ……….the coast , yet the coast is the most vulnerable area on an island.

       Building roada and airports may be positive as (5)………..as negative. Such facilities benefit locals and tourists because this helps to reduce the isolation of remote areas and to increase the convenience of travel within the country and overseas . Therefore , tourism development can support useful expenditures that could not be justified for local people alone.

B.

      Tourtism (1)………..an important role in the economic development of every country in the world. Many countries need the money from tourism to help their people survive. However. Travel and tourism have nrgative impacts. Vehicles such as buses , cars, trains and other (2)………..of transport that carry tourists can cause air pollution . In addition , some people do not save energy when they stay in hotels . For example, they forget to turn (3)…….

The lights or televisions before they leave the room. Moreover , mant tourists throw a huge amount of waste everywhere , which makes the environment polluted. That’s why it is important for people to respect the places they visit.

      There are some ways to help to (4) ……….the environment .

+. Don’t throw rubbish on streets , beaches or in the countryside. Don’t throw anything into the sea, especially plastic bags. Every year , many aquatic animals die (5)……….of polluted water.

+. Don’t use too (6)………water or electricity. Use energy wisely and sensibly.

     In the past, women were treated unfairly under the authority and control of men. They had no or little influence and authority.Men often tried to justify this by saying that women were inferior (1)………..men biologically and intellectually. Men were considered to be the breadwinners who had responsibility for making money to raise their family , while women were known (2)…………the homemakers who were in (3)…………of taking care of their children and doing the household chores instead of going out to work. (4)………., things have changed dramatically and nowadays , we can find women in non-traditional jobs such as electricians , engineers , bus drivers, plumbers, mechanics or soldiers. It is clear that society is changing a lot and traditional roles in the family are changing too. Women go out to work and earn money , so they become financially (5)………….Men are ready to share family responsibilities  with their wives when they go home.

D.

Energy is one of the (1)………that many people are interseted in. It is not an unfamiliar word. It is heard , said discussed day after day . It is close to everyone’s (2)……….. You turn on the lamp and it is (3)……….. that gives you light. You turn on a TV and it is energy that gives you  pictures and sound. You ride a motocycle and it is energy that  gives you (4) .…… You cook your meals and it is energy that gives you heat to boil rice. 

The problem is that the demand for energy is rising and that the price of energy is getting (5)…………….and higher. The supply of energy on earth is limited. It cannot provide us all forever. The  (6)…………of energy in the future is inevitable. Therefore, saving energy is a must if we want to (7)………….to live in a safe and sound world.

If we save energy, the(8)………….will be less polluted and our health will be better and we will live a more meaningful life and more happily. Perhaps the best (9)………. to the problem of energy is a source of clean energy coming from the sun :solar energy. This kind of energy is easily available , free , and inexhaustible.
