A trip to Japan
The second place I visited was Hokkaido. I was a bit surprised to learn how the climate in Japan changes from region to region. In Hokkaido, the temperature dropped around 5 degrees Celsius, and I couldn’t stand the cold without putting on any hat, scarf, or gloves! Still, it couldn’t stop me from enjoying the trip, especially the ski competition taking place every March.
Though it wasn’t a long trip, I already fell in love with this place. Not only does Japan have breathtaking scenery, but it also has exciting festivals and delicious cuisine. After the trip, what I missed the most was "ramen" – an easily found signature dish in Japan!
I even thought of taking a gap year and staying there before university. By then, I can have more opportunities to explore other interesting aspects that Japan has to offer.
