My Journey to Becoming an English Teacher
Learning English was not easy for me at first, but it changed my life. When I was in high school, I struggled with pronunciation and grammar. However, I set a goal to improve because I wanted to become an English teacher. I started by practicing every day. I listened to English songs, watched movies with subtitles, and spoke with my friends in English.
One of the biggest challenges was speaking fluently. I was afraid of making mistakes, but I realized that practice was the key to success. I joined an English club where I could talk with others and gain confidence. Reading books and writing essays also helped me a lot.
After years of hard work, I passed my university entrance exam and studied English education. During my university years, I had opportunities to teach younger students. This experience helped me improve not only my English but also my teaching skills. I learned how to explain grammar in a simple way and make lessons interesting.The history of English shows how it has changed and adapted over time. It has borrowed words from many other languages, like French, Latin, and Greek. This is why English has so many words today. Learning English can be challenging, but it is also very useful.
