----- Nội dung ảnh ----- The History of Crème brûlée
We need food and drinks to survive everyday. Though not playing a very large role in our daily meal, desserts help our daily meal have a better taste. France is really famous for their desserts and one of them is the crème brûlée, which can be translated into burnt cream.
One of the first records of this delicious dessert was in 1691 and its origin might not actually be French at all. England and Spain both claim to have created the first version of the famous crème brûlée. Food historians generally agree that it was very popular across Europe so it is impossible to clearly indicate its origin.
