Yoko, Mai’s Japanese pen pals, has been in Vietnam for two weeks. Mai took her to many places last week. First, they went to Dalat. Like Tokyo, Dalat is a city of flowers. Then they moved to Nha Trang. Yoko enjoyed swimming in the sea and eating seafood while Mai was making sand castles on the beach. “ I am impressed by the nice sunshine and good food here,” Yoko said to Mai. Yoko also said no place in Japan is like Nha Trang, but Dalat is very much like many peaceful and quiet towns in her country. She wishes Mai could visit Japan some day and try Japanese special food.
