Điền True or FalseThin people who do not exercise may carry lots of dangerous internal fat, warn doctors in the United Kingdom. Since1994, researchers at Imperial College London have scanned nearly 800 people with MRI machines to determine where they store fat. People who maintain their weight through diet rather than exercise were found to be likely to have major deposits of internal fat, even if they appear slim. As many as 45 percent of the women and 60 percent of the men with normal Body Mass Index were found to have excessive levels of internal fat. The doctors concluded that skinny but sedentary people are at a much higher risk of mortality than those who are overweight but active. ________ 1.
