One morning, Kylie, her father and their dog, Lua, went for a walk in the mountains. Kylie
was only four years old but she could walk very well. Her father stopped to take a photo
of a bird. He finished and looked around, but Kylie and Lua weren't there. When he called
Kylie's name, she didn't answer. Her father was afraid because maybe Kylie was hurt. He
phoned the police and lots of people started looking for the little girl. After seven hours,
when it was nearly night time, they found her. She was in the forest four kilometres away.
They found her because Lua was making a noise. Kylie was sleeping with Lua, and Lua
was keeping her warm. Her amazing pet was staying with her to protect her.
