**PROBLEMS IN OXFORD**
Traffic is very bad and a lot of people think the roads are dangerous for cyclists to use, so Ted decided to start a personal protest to make the streets cleaner. He wants to stop and noise pollution, too. He thinks motorists are responsible for slow traffic. He also put a small rabbit in the road and watched TV in his furniture into the road and traffic. He hopes the government will see his protest and introduce more cycle lanes and traffic free zones in Oxford.
Part 1
Oxford is a beautiful city but the roads are dangerous and it is more difficult for cyclists to use other UK cities. So Ted Dewan decided to protest to make the streets slower and cleaner. Ted wants people to see things in more funny and creative ways.
