In early 2012, as a result, ‘green build’ became an important part of building the avant-garde eco-smart city of Tengah, the western region of Singapore. In the last decade, Singapore has proven to have a total of 42,000 houses spread out over 700 hectares. With technological advancements, green technology has proven to be a worldwide leader in sustainability. It has repeatedly earned its reputation as one of the world’s greenest, smartest and most sustainable cities.
