June 23 Dear Mai, I wanted to share some exciting news with you! I have left London and am now in Glasgow with my brother. The city is absolutely fantastic, especially now during the summer with perfect weather. The sun is shining, and we've seen many people putting up tents or sunbathing in the parks around the city. We are staying at a wonderful hotel located in the city center, right across from George Square, making it very convenient to get around. The area has unique cafes, restaurants, and good clothing shops, giving us a glimpse into the Scottish way of life. Yesterday, we visited the University of Glasgow, which boasts beautiful buildings that made me feel like I was in a grand castle. Tomorrow, we are planning to visit the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. I am looking forward to seeing the collections of paintings there.
