this really good book at the moment about animal behaviour and as I look round the classroom, 2 I ________ (try) to imagine what each of my friends would be if they were animals. Nick, over there in the corner, 3 ________ (tend) to get angry really easily and I always 4 _________ (think) of him as being a wild cat - a tiger or lion perhaps, whereas Susie, who 5 ______ (go through) a bad time at the moment, 6 _________ (remind) me of a frightened rabbit with pink eyes. Then there is my best friend, Billy. Billy 7 _______ (like) to please people and he's loyal and loving, too, which makes me think he's just like a puppy, probably a Labrador. Personally, I'd like to be a dolphin, especially now when I really 8 _________ (need) some of their intelligence and superior brainpower. Oh well, daydreaming won't help me get good marks, so back to the test!
