Mother Teresa was born in Skopje, Yugoslavia, on August 27 1910. She grew up with her brother and she was sister in a very happy family and (11)_______ the Govement school near her home (12) _______ she was eighteen. At that time, some  school (13)______ from Yugoslavia were working in Calcutta and they often wrote about their work. She decided to join them. When she finished school, she wanted first to Ireland and after that to India, where she began to train for the (14) ________ life. After training, she was sent to Calcutta, where she taught Geography at a high school and eventually became Principal.

However, although she loved teaching, in 1946 Mother Teresa left the school and went to work in the (15)________ of Calcutta. She did some (16)________ training in Patna  and then began her work helping the poor and the (17)______ in the street of the city. Gradually, others came to help her, and her work spread to and the other parts of India
