Good morning teacher. My name’s . I’m in class . Today, I would like to tell you about a healthy diet. Healthy diet is a meal that can help you conserve and improve your health. My main meal is also dinner because after hard working day, I need a lot of energy. Therefore I provide quite a lot protein for my body. I really care about the nutritional values of the things that I eat. In my opinion, eating fast food habit is very bad for your health, it can make you fat and lack nutrients. So you should conserve the healthy diet. I will give you some advice on healthy diet. You should add more fruit and vegetable on your dishes, eat less greasy and high starch food, you will have a healthy diet meal.

Good morning teacher. My name’s Oanh. I’m in class 10a14. Today, I would like to tell you about your favorite TV show in Vietnam. There are many TV show in Vietnam, such as: Ai là triệu phú ,hãy chọn giá đúng, Một trăm triệu một phút, etc. But my favorite TV show is Ai là triệu phú, it’s an interesting show. To be the winner, participants will answer 15 all correct questions. After the show, if you win you will have a lot of money, fame and well-known. I like Ai làtriệuphú show because I think it’s very interesting, can help people gain prize and make the participants more famous. I would like to take part in this show, because I have never join in any show and I want to try my best to answer 15 hardly question.

Today, I would like to tell you about the benefits of sharing household chores .There are four people in my family: my parents, my sister, and me.At home, my mom splits the chores very equally. My dad does the washing up, mom prepares dinner, my sister washes and irons the clothes and I clean the floor, feed the dog. I really like ironing the clothes because it’s very easy to do. Beside, I hate preparing dinner because I’m not good at cooking, it’s very hard for me. I think sharing housework in my family will create the positive atmosphere, make each member of my family can closer together.
