Nathan: Yeah, I don't like it. I think it makes the city look untidy. And if that isn't bad enough, people still don't use bins and leave their (2) ....rubbish..... on the streets. 

Anna: Oh, I love it! But I know what you mean about the city looking untidy. We need more (3) ..green spaces..... to make it look more beautiful and natural. 

Nathan: Yeah, but what can we do about (4) ...pollution......? The air is really dirty!

Anna: I know! There are too many cars on the road - I'm always in a (5) .....crowds.......trying to get home. 

Nathan: Don't remind me! When I leave work at 5 pm, it's (6) .....rush hour......driving then is the worst! 

Anna: I agree, but it's the same when you use (7) ...public transport...... - there are (8) ........ of people everywhere waiting for buses and trains. You can't move!
