RC (reading comprehension) is a skill and one can improve it by directly practicing the problems on it. You can try sloving the same problems few times over.

There are peripheral or indirect approaches like reading novels or magazine articles but I have found them to be very inefficient and slow. Also, these approaches usually lack a mechanism on how to measure your progress as there is no way one test or grade oneself.
