Teenagers nowadays spend way too much time on their phones. This happens because their friends do it, social media pulls them in, and they get hooked on quick entertainment from apps and games. But, it's not good for them. Too much screen time can mess up their bodies, causing problems like bad posture and sore eyes. It also messes with their minds, making them feel anxious or sad and keeping them from learning how to talk to people face-to-face. To help, we need to find a balance. Encouraging them to play outside, limiting screen time, and talking to them in person can help them break free from their phone addiction and live happier lives. Teaching them about taking breaks from screens and staying present can also make a big difference.
