Some effective ways will help us to prevent viruses. First, we should do exercise every day to maintain your strong immune system. Secondly, wearing a mask is the easiest way to not be infected with viruses. Thirdly, we should wash our hands often after going to the toilet and before eating. The reason is that viruses will attack us if we don’t keep ourselves clean. They will penetrate through your mouth or eyes. Here are some of my tips on how to avoid viruses.
