As you know, traffic jam is a traffic problem that almost evry countries in the world have to be solved, so Vietnam does. When you go out at 5p.m to 7p.m, you will stuck in a mess which is surrounded by lots of vehicles. Seconly, the traffic rules in Vietnam are not followed by Vietnamese. For example, you stop at the traffic lights when the lights went red, ok, that's the rules, but there is one person who is driving pass them without seeing at the red light and stopping. So the problem here is the way that Vietnamese people don't often follow the traffic rules. Thirdly, the Vietnamese goverment should spend more money on building up a proper traffic system. That's all, although, I think there is more than 3 problems when people think about the traffic in Vietnam. These are 3 problems that for me, needs to be improve.
