FIFA (Federation International of Football Association) has been established and World Cup has become the most expected event in the world. Players of football gain many benefits form this game. First, They have a better health with duration, speedy and flexibility. Besides, it promote skeletal system and immune system. It also help the players build muscle and keep in shape. Secondly, football is a competitive game, which raises players’ competition and improve their mind.
