Talk about your last summer vacation:
- Last summer vacation, I went to Da Nang beach with my friends. We went jogging on the beach and went swimming. After that we ate seafood. Then we visited Ba Na Hill and played the games. We bought some souvenirs for our family. In the evening, we saw Rong Bridge and ate specialty dish. The weather was very cool, the sky had much stars and the moon was very light. We took a minibus around the Da Nang city at night. After one day was very tired, we went to the hotel and slept. Our last summer vacation was very wonderful.

Talk about your favorite sport:
- My favorite sport is football. In America people called it Soccer. But I like to call it Football. It has been my favorite sport almost for 10 years, when I was 15 years old, and it still is, even though I’m not practicing it anymore. Nowadays, most of people in the world like football,so it is called the king of sports. Why do people like it? I think the most reason is it easy to play. You can play football every where if you just have a ball with the right size. Not only men play football but also women can play. There is the World Champion for men players each 4 years, and for Women as well. In addition, football have a big attraction. When World cup took place, a large number of millions people watched it on TV and saw it directly. Now there are many football club in each country, even district, school in the world. In the football today there are much more money involved, especially in sponsors. But player also cost a lot, There are many players as C.Ronaldo, Beckham, Zidane who cost over 50 million euro, even over 100 million euro. Many big and famous club have large stadiums with alot of fan in all over the world. They can get a great number of billion US dollar from broadcasting copywrite every year and a big avenue from sponsors and advertising. That prove the attration of football. To me, I like football because it's a useful, healthful, collective but competitive sport. I like overenthusiastic air on stadium on each match. Anyways football always is the most favorite sport of mine.

Talk about your favorite activities in your free time:

There are three activities I like to do most/best in my free time. The first is cartoon. I like watching cartoons very much. I love “Total Spies” most because it is very exciting and funny.(I like watching cartoons very much, especially 'Total spies' because it is very exciting and funny.) I often watch it with my friends to relax. Second, I also play football with my brother and my friends in our school yard when I have free time. I often play it in our school yard. I think playing football is a sport which helps us have good health and study better. Finally/However, I like reading books best. Since reading books are is good/useful/helpful, you can learn about another culture and again/widen/enlarge your knowledge. Moreover, it is a form of entertainment, which is useful to our life. All in all, I find that if I haven’t do not have anything to do in my free time, I will be very boringbored. Therefore, you should also choose some activities for yourself to do, which helps you have a healthy way of life./ you stay healthy

Talk about your favorite tv program:
As a senior high school student, I am very busy with my studies. Although I am very fond of watching television, I can only spend an hour after dinner on my hobby. Of all the TV programs, I like the news and documentaries best.
The news programs shown on all TV channels at 7:00 p.m. help me to know almost everything about different places in our country and important events happening all over the world. Through these programs, I can also know about the main national and international sporting events.
The documentary programs at weekends are my favorites. By watching them, I can learn a great deal about human civilizations, the wonders of nature and the amazing inventions and discoveries of great people in the world.
Watching television is my hobby. I cannot imagine a day in my life without watching it.

Talk about your last summer vacation:

Summer vacations are the best time to relax and enjoy with family and friends, it’s the time I eagerly waited for every year. This year’s summer vacation is so special to me because it was the first time I’ve been on a trip with my colleagues. We had a wonderful time in Vung Tau – the city which has most beatiful beaches in Vietnam.

We stayed there for 2 days at a small but convenient hostel. First day, we got up early to see the sunrise on the beach. It’s the most gorgeous thing I’ve ever seen. Then we swam and lay down on the sand to enjoy beautiful sunlight and the clear blue sky. We also enjoyed delicious seafood and drank fresh coconuts.

The next day, it took us about 30 minutes to hike up the Small Mountain to visit the Lighthouse. But it was really worth the try! The lighthouse affords a panoramic magnificent view of the whole of Vung Tau and is a really interesting site. On top of Small Mountain, there is the enormous 28m figure of Jesus gazing across the East Sea. This is the largest sculpture in the Southern Vietnam. The two shoulders of the figure are balconies, each able to accommodate up to six people, which offer a splendid view of the surrounding landscape.

The weather during the time we stayed was really good and the local people were friendly. We took many photographs to save our memorable vacation and bought a lot of souvenirs, too. I just had so many good memories of that whole trip. Everything was great, but what made the trip even greater was the fact that I was able to bulid a stronger relationships with my colleagues.

Talk about your favorite sport

My favorite sport is playing badminton. There are four reasons why I like it. Firstly, I can improve my health through playing it. I play it about 2 times every week. It makes me feel energetic everyday. Secondly, I enjoy the feeling that badminton flies in the air. I can change the movement direction of badminton without much effort and make opponent lose it. Thirdly, I can make many friends when I play badminton. I often play it with many kinds of persons. We can improve our skills with exercises. Also we talk about many interesting things when we have an break. Finally, playing badminton is not as intense as other sports such as basketball and soccer. It lessens the possibility of being hurt. So If you like playing badminton, please feel free to contact me. I think we can exchange experiences and make friends.

Going out with friends is my second favorite hobby in my free time. I often going out with my friends for eating and chatting. I love chatting with my closed friends, I can share all my stories with them. It’s always filled with laughter and I feel very happy when I am with my friends.

Talk about your favorite television program
Among many programs and channels available on TV these days such as the current news programs, sport programs, entertaining programs, educational programs and movie programs, etc., I like the program "the World of Animals" most.
This program is usually shown on VTV2 everyday at 8.30 in the evening. It often lasts about 45 minutes. In this program, stories of the life of many animals in the world are told in a very lively way. For example, people can watch films about monkeys, snakes, tigers, insects, birds, sea turtles, sharks etc. ... and even the penguins and the polar bears in the far North. While watching these films, I find the everyday life activities and habits of these animals very interesting and full mysteries. In addition, I also learn that it is very important to protect these animals and their living environments became they are part of our valuable natural world. Watching this program makes me very well informed and relaxed after a day of work.

Health is the best valuable thing of human. That is especially true for people who are preparing to build a home. But how to have good health when you have to solve the mountain of work? Very simple. As long as you have a specific plan for the activities of each day, every week ... you will see not only more favorable work, more success, but your health also greatly improved.

Start a plan for your health now: For your own health, there should be an optimistic attitude, preferably derived from self-consciousness. Make schedules, as specific as possible, for work, play, entertainment, rest. And do it right. At first, you may find it hard, but after a few weeks, you will get great results. It is not easy to do all the things in a timely manner, so you should always cheer yourself up mentally.

Drink plenty of water: You should drink 1.5 - 2 liters of water a day. A cup of water in the morning after waking up helps blood flow better, avoiding blood clots - the cause of myocardial infarction. Water also helps accelerate the waste out of the body, keeps the skin smooth, rosy, avoid kidney stones and gallstones. For easier drinking, you should divide the water into several parts. Every two hours you drink about 200ml of water.
