There are many ways to keep fit and stay healthy. Fristly, you should have a balanced diet. For example, you should drink a lot of water. You should not eat fat, meat, junk food and fast food. Especially, you don't smoke, drink beer, wine and whiskey because that will make you are the pressure. The second way. I should do exercises. For instance, you can do morning exercises: walking, jogging, running,.or you can play sports: swimming, playing soccer, playing volley ball,..Because this makes you stronger, taller and healthier. Last but least, you should sleep enough. You should sleep eight hours a day and go to early because it is good for skin, more optimistic, and alway keep the smile on your slips. Instead of, you go online, you should read the book before go to bed. Because it will take go to have dreams beautifier. In conclusion, there are have a good health.

As you know, we are really lucky enough to have enough things to get a happy life. Besides, have we ever thought of the ones who are not as lucky as us and right now, they are wandering along the streets with a blue cold face because of the rain and also with just loose clothes and somes are trying to begging people to give them money? No, we never. Our country is developing but there are still so many homeless people. To make the community better, we should do something to our community to make a difference. For me, I love donating money to help the homeless people and help them find proper accomodations, food and well-paid jobs. It must be a huge amount of money but I'll ask my friends to donate too. I ensure that many people will enjoy the organisation. When we're successful in our local areas, we will travel across the country to ask people to donate more. Afterwards I think we can help homeless people with such huge money like that.

Temple of Literature is a historical complex at the corner of Nguyen Thai Hoc St, Ton Duc Thang St and Quoc Tu Giam St. It is just a short walk from Hang Bong St of the Old Quarter. Built in 1070, Temple of Literature is dedicated to Confucius, in 1076 it became the first university of Vietnam by establishing Quoc Tu Giam or Imperial Academy within the temple to educate bureaucrats, nobles, royalty and other members of the elite. In 1253 it was renamed to "National College". This must see temple is not only a place to discover Vietnamese ancient architecture but also an oasis of tranquility amidst Hanoi's neverending traffic chaos.
