Hi Nick, How are you? I moved from my hometown to Colombia to continue my studies. It was a good move but I missed my family very much. I also missed Japanese food. Now, I have to change my lifestyle. I eat a lot of fast food because I have no time to prepare for my own. I rarely go to the gym or do exercise, What about you? Could you tell me about your eating diet and your way of living?
