Phuong, my partner, has a healthy diet. She never skips breakfast and has eggs, vegetable and bread for breakfast. She said that it is the most important meal during the day, so she always has a big meal in the morning. In the evening, she eats not too much, because overeating may cause sleeplessness. She never eats fast food or sweet candies or buys soft drinks. Her diet include enough nutrients, which are recommended by her private doctor. Phuong tries to limit intake of fats, salt, sodium and sugar. She told me that she loves fruits and vegetables. Her favourite food is boiled eggs.
