As you know, my country is known for its wonderful cheese and
other dairy products. So, we have always enjoyed dishes with
cheese. One of the best dishes is cheese fondue. Fondue is a dish
made with melted cheese. How do we make it?
First, we heat and melt the cheese with wine and seasoning
in a small pot. Then, we dip fresh bread into the hot cheese using
long-stemmed forks. Some people also dip other food like
vegetables or sausages into the melted cheese. When you travel
throughout Switzerland, you can taste many different types
of Swiss cheese fondue.

different kinds of food. One of the most famous traditional dishes
is the taco. It's a dish that people eat regularly in Mexico.
Tacos are a type of corn tortilla filled or rolled with a wide range
of different fillings.
The fillings include meat, seafood with vegetables, cheese,
and sauce. Now, various types of tacos have become popular all

eating a delicious noodle soup called Pho. The interesting thing
about this dish is that the noodles are made with rice, not flour.
Generally, Pho includes chicken or beef with rice noodles.

When eating Pho, some people add a lime wedge and chili
sauce to it as well. Traditionally, Pho is eaten for breakfast and
