-> Jim offered to drive me home.
3. "I will pay you on Friday."
-> The boss promised to pay me/him/her on Friday.
4. "Keep quiet or I'll punish."
-> The teacher threatened to punish me if I don't keep quiet.
5. "Please, close the door."
-> Father asked me to close the door.
6. "Please, don't hit the dog."
-> He begged people/me not hit the dog.
7. "Move to your right."
-> The instructor asked me/him to move to my/his right.
8. "You mustn't come home after eleven."
-> Mother forbade me not to come home after eleven.
9. "Mix the eggs with flour."
-> The cook instructed me/him/her/them to mix the eggs with flour
10. "Don't forget to turn off the lights."
-> Dad reminded me to turn off the lights.
