Throughout Vietnam, any traveller can find a hidden gem for themselves, ranging from the Northernmost part where jungles reign to the Southernmost region where waves rushing to the shore. Among those places, I have found myself a diamond which is Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. This city has lived its life for over a millennium, so it is needless to say that Hanoi is super rich in cultures, traditions, cuisine and heritage. I have been to this capital 5 times already but every single time I stepped here, I realized something different from various angles. In terms of the landscapes, Hanoi boasts numerous tourist attractions, one of which is the ancient quarter. Here, shops are classified according to the name of the street they are on, and all the businesses are lucrative. Not far from the quarter, Hoan Kiem lake has become a symbol of Hanoi with green water, a legend of a godlike turtle and wondrous shades from trees planted along the lake. Not only locals but also visitors are into going for a stroll around this historical place. With regards to foods, nowhere in Vietnam can be compared to Hanoi, simply because this capital is the hub of all traditional dishes which have impressed not only foreign tourists but also the president of the US. When it comes to humans of Hanoi, hospitality, warmth and friendliness are exact words to describe them. All strangers coming to this city will be welcomed passionately, so they may feel as if they are home already. Truth be told, I have never had enough of the place, and I will definitely come back there someday.
