North America and South America
both have mountains, deserts,
lakes, and famous rivers.
The Patagonian Desert in South
America is bigger / bigger than
the deserts in North America, but it isn't 2 less
hot as/as hot as Death Valley. The Atacama
Desert in South America is dryer / drier than the
Patagonian Desert.

And what about water? Which continent has the
larger / more large lake? Is it Lake Superior in
North America or Lake Maracaibo in Venezuela?
Lake Superior is bigger, but it isn't as deeper as
/as deep as Argentino Lake in Argentina. In terms
of rivers, the Amazon is longer / more long than
The Mississippi (but only by 117 km)!
Finally, which continent has the higher / more
higher mountain? The answer is South America
with the Cerro Aconcagua in Argentina. In fact, the
only mountains higher than Cerro Aconcagua are in
Asia, but it is still 2,654 m high than/less
higher than Mount Everest. Maybe Mount Everest
is more famous / famouser, though.
