..................................... is used for something that was completed earlier. It is used with positive sentences and can come in the middle of  a sentence or at the end 
...................................... is used with questions and negatives to talk about something that is planned but hasn't been completed. It can only be placed at the end of a sentence.
....................................... means'a short time ago' and is placed in between "have / has" and the past participle.
