One significant source of my stress is the overwhelming amount of schoolwork I face each semester. The pressure to maintain high grades while juggling multiple deadlines can feel daunting. Additionally, the constant competition with peers adds to my anxiety. To manage this stress, I plan to establish a more organized schedule, breaking down my assignments into smaller, manageable tasks. Setting specific time blocks for studying and taking regular breaks can also help maintain my focus. Additionally, seeking support from classmates or forming study groups may alleviate some of the pressure and create a more collaborative learning environment.
