Fast food is popular because it is readily available, many people find it good, relatively inexpensive, and it can be procured from any fast-food establishment. However, cooking oil, which is used to prepare a wide variety of such foods, causes issues like diabetes and heart disease. In contrast, traditional home-cooked food is fresh, made from naturally grown ingredients, free from preservatives, and good for our immune system. However, cooking traditional food takes time, and due to the busy schedule of people, they prefer to choose accessible alternatives. As a result, the younger generation is losing connection with its traditional cuisines. Furthermore, the health issues do not only affect individual people but also negatively impacts healthcare at national levels.

Despite the fact that people spend money on fast food because fast food restaurants provide a safe and convenient place for people to eat and enjoy, it is undeniable that it has a huge negative impact on health and overall well-being.

To sum up, people in modern societies suffer from a variety of health problems. And the healthcare system sees an increase in the number of patients each year. Even though fast food is easy to prepare and is widely available in the market, it is likely to worsen people’s health.

With more people getting accustomed to convenience foods, traditional foods are losing their significance. As a result, traditional food including those sophisticated recipes will unavoidably vanish.

In conclusion, although international fast food is widely popular and taking the place of traditional foods, it serves as deleterious effects on families and societies. Therefore, the government should take effective measures to revert the alarming trends of eating fast food.

In conclusion, fast food replacing traditional food has a negative impact on both families and societies because it does not create circumstances in which parents can bond with their children, and it also causes an obesity problem.

It is undeniable that international fast food is appealing to people. Diverse contributing factors can be identified, such as convenience, good atmosphere in the restaurants, etc. However, with the rapid development of technology, various cooking equipment (e.g. rice cooking machine, microwave) are designed for modern families with convenience. Besides that, domestic-based restaurants are paying more attention to create an enjoyable environment to compete with their foreign-based counterparts.

To sum up, given the above analysis, I am of the opinion that international fast food has negative impacts for both families and the whole community. The best way to keep families and societies together is for parents and their children to sit aside table for dinner every evening.

Admittedly, this trend has harmful effects on individuals. Undoubtedly, people are affected by health hazards like obesity and other diseases. Obesity is the root cause of many other diseases. Fast foods are rich in fats and salts which are not good for health. An obese person is more likely to suffer from diseases like hypertension and diabetes.

There are tangible consequences for society too. Broadly speaking, as people get inclined towards fast food and restaurants, local culture dies out. It is because traditional food is inextricably linked with culture. Undoubtedly, the identity of the society and nation will disappear. It will be monopolized by Western societies. Also, if people are not healthy, the productivity of the nation will come to a standstill. Last but not least, fast foods promote a use-and-throw culture which adds to the problem of garbage dumps, contamination, pollution and eventually many diseases.

To put it into a nutshell, I pen down saying that international fast foods have carved their niche and traditional food has taken the backseat. Certainly, this has adverse effects on individuals, families and societies.

However, with the popularity of international fast-food chains, families have little time to cook and eat together. This is decreasing their family time and deteriorating their relationship. Traditional foods not only represent the tradition and value of a society but also offer the best nutrition and healthy ingredients. On the contrary, international fast foods destroy our well-being by decaying our health and also giving birth to a fast food-loving generation who will suffer from various diseases. These are all so negative for our family and society.

In conclusion, it is a very pressing issue that we are relying more on fast foods than preparing traditional foods at home. This has so many negative consequences that individuals, as well as the government, should take quick and effective steps to revert the dreadful trend of eating fast foods.

My own view is that there is no one most suitable food orientation style for people in recent times. However, the unchangeable and nutritional traditional food is integrated with some degree of fast food when people only obtain limited time. Apparently, it is the combination of traditional food and fast food that people are more likely to enjoy the diversity of food choices to keep pace with the speedy of the society in different nations.

Arguably, the expansion of fast food, to some extent, does have its own merits. People with limited rest time tend to choose fast food due to its efficiency. When they have a more time, the traditional food would be selected by the majority of people because of its nutritional parameters.

However, apparently, it is the combination of traditional food and fast food that people are more likely to enjoy the diversity of food choices to keep pace with the speedy of the society in different nations.

In conclusion, without suggesting that there have been a small proportion of strengthens associated with the food pattern supplanted by fast food, however, personally, I am inclined to conclude that only when people are aware of the numerous problems caused by fast food, which outnumber the merits of the new food pattern, could individuals confine more attention to choose the health dietary, actually.
