Exercise is very important for me. It helps me stay fit, reduce stress, and feel more energetic throughout the day.
2️⃣ Do you prefer team sports or solo exercise? Why?
I prefer solo exercise like jogging or yoga because I can do it anytime and focus on myself without depending on others.
3️⃣ What’s the best way to stay healthy in your daily life?
For me, the best way is to eat a balanced diet, get enough sleep, exercise regularly, and drink plenty of water.

Yes, absolutely. Without good mental health, it's hard to enjoy life or even take care of your physical health.

When I was a child, I loved playing hide and seek with my friends. It was simple but so much fun.

It helps me relax and clear my mind. I feel more refreshed and sleep better afterward.

Not always. Medicine is helpful, but sometimes rest, a healthy lifestyle, or emotional support is more effective.

I think it’s a good habit. Healthy food gives me more energy and helps me avoid getting sick.

I think stress and mental health issues are major problems today because of busy lifestyles and pressure from work or school.

I try to stay healthy by going for walks every day, eating more fruits and vegetables, and getting enough sleep.
