Dear Sam, Body
How are you doing? It’s great to get latest news from you. Today I want to share with you my opinion about a day in honor of friendship in Vietnam. Actually, we don’t have a day to officially celebrate friendship, but I think that there should be a special day for friends in the future as the day will be a good occasion for friends to express their loving care to each other, promote solidarity among them and bring them closer.
As far as I know, the United Nations proclaimed the International Day of Friendship on July 30 while some countries celebrate the day on the first Sunday of August. In my opinion, this day is also suitable for friendship celebration in Vietnam because Sunday is a day off and everyone is free from work and study. So, it’s a good idea to have a picnic or a warm party with friends. Other interesting activities include drawing portraits of best friends, giving friendship gifts (bracelets, cards, flowers, and so on) to one another as a symbol of friendship and visiting old friends.
I hope that my idea will be supported and the day will be celebrated nationwide.
I’m looking forward to your letters! Complimentary
Best wishes, Signature
