I know you very well as a loyal customer who have been a resident of my Sky Village Apartment Complex for almost 5 years. Hope this email finds you well. And once again, thank you for choosing and accompanying us throughout the years. Moreover, I also sincerely apologize to you for some of significant inconveniences that you experienced during the time staying in my building.

In reality, I was quite shocked when hearing my customers had to wait for a very long time to use the communal washers and dryers. Also, it is horrible that the people who come before do not empty the washing machines and dryers on time after using them. To be honest, I am really sympathetic with the troubles you suffered when insufficient living conditions in my building have interfered and wasted your time as well.

As you suggested, I would put more laundry buckets in our communal room so that all of the residents including you will take more advantage of doing their laundries. Besides that, I will also request everyone to be more conscious of using communal properties in the building. I believe that these measures will thoroughly solve the problems you encountered.
