Sleep time is the time for the brain to rest and to remember the activities that took place that day. When you stay up late, you're increasing the amount of information to keep in mind while reducing your brain's resting time. The rate of memory decline in people who have a habit of staying up late is therefore 5 times higher than that of the average person. So remember to make sure your brain gets enough rest for 8 hours a day. During sleep, especially the time frame from 12pm to 4am is the time when the body releases the hormones necessary for maintaining the body's immunity. Staying up late often will cause these hormones to be missing or completely disrupted if you stay up until morning. So people who stay up late are more likely to get diseases like the flu and allergies than people who get adequate sleep.

The harm of staying up late to the digestive system Gastric mucosa cells regenerate and recover at night during sleep. Staying up late keeps these cells from resting, leading to weakness. Moreover, staying up late causes gastric juice to secrete more, eroding the stomach leading to ulcers if this condition persists. Staying up late causes skin to age faster At night, skin cells regenerate faster than during the day. Staying up late causes erratic regulation of skin cells, affecting the function of the epidermis. This makes the skin premature aging, dullness, wrinkles appear ... etc. In order to keep the skin young and beautiful, you (especially women) should make it a habit to sleep early and get adequate sleep. Staying up late reduces vision Similar to the above parts, the night is the time when the eyes are rested and regulated after a day of continuous activity. Staying up late not only cuts off the rest of the eyes, but also forces the eyes to work in environments that lack natural light. Staying up all night will easily lead to eye pain, eye aches, dark circles, nearsightedness, astigmatism, etc. So, whether your life is busy or your entertainment needs are not satisfied, remember to sleep on time and get enough sleep to avoid the harmful effects of staying up late!
