Nowadays, there are more and more dangerous diseases. As a result, it is very important to stay healthy. Firstly, you should have a balanced diet. For example, you had better eat vegetables, fruits and avoid fastfood. In addition, you should not drink coffee, beer or wine because they are very harmful. Secondly, doing exercise regularly is also a way to stay healthy. For instance, you can play volleyball, walk or go swimming every morning. Moreover, doing exercise will help you stronger, more active and prevent a lot of diseases. Last but not least, you should take enough sleep. You'd better sleep 6 to 8 hours a day because it will boost your mind in the morning. Especially, do not go to bed late or watch TV over night. In conclusion, there are many ways to stay healthy but the above ones are the most popular and easiest to follow.

Our healthy is the only things we really have in the world. You can take away our money, our house, or our clothes and we can survive. Take away our health and we will die. That is why I eat healthfully, exercise regularly, and keep up my social life. 

Eating healthfully is important to maintain one’s health. I try to avoid foods high in fat like French fries or cookies. I also try to limit the amount of animal protein I consume. I never eat more than a few ounces of fish or chicken a day and I rarely eat meat. I eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of fiber and vitamins. It is important to know how to cook these foods so the nutrients are not lost in the cooking process.

Your muscles must continue to be strong to support your body as it grows older. Exercise helps the bones build density and helps you maintain your posture. A regular exercise program of cardiovascular training and weight training is an important part of keeping you healthy.

Friends are an important part of one’s health. Studies have shown that people with a wide range of social contacts get fewer colds and have fewer complaints than those who don’t. Laughing is also an important part of health. I like to laugh with my friends and I always feel better when I am with them than when I am alone. By eating properly and exercise regularly, I can keep my body at an appropriate weight and can maintain my health. By spending time with my friends, I can keep my mind as well as my body happy. It’s all part of my recipe for healthful living.

There are many ways to keep fit. Firstly, you should have a balanced diet. For example, you should drink enough water. You should not eat fatty food, meat, junk food and fast food. Especially, you had better not smoke, drink beer, wine and whiskey, because that will make you are the pressure, live with diseases. Secondly, we should do more exercises. For instance, you can do morning exercises: walking, jogging, running,.or you can play sports: going swimming, playing soccer and playing volleyball because they make you stronger, taller and healthier. Last but not least, you should sleep enough. You should sleep about eight hours a day and go to bed early because it is good for skin, helps you to be more optimistic, and always keep the smile on your slips. Instead of going online or surfing the net, you should read the book before going to bed. Because it will help you to have dreams more beautiful. In conclusion, there are have a good health there are many ways to keep fit but mainly you should take care of yourself

 In my opinion, there are many things to keep fit. Firts of all, we should eat three meals in a day and enjoy some delicous food such as vegetables or fruit. Secondly, we must drink enough water every day. Thirdly, we should do exercise and play sports more than. Fourthly, we should spend more time to enjoy outdoor activities than playing games on computer or watching TV, because they can affect our eyes. Finally, we should go to see a doctor to check our health. My opinion is end. Thanks for listening

Staying healthy physically can help you stay healthy emotionally too. If you're eating the right food and keeping fit, your body will be strong and help you to cope with stress and also fight illness. Eating well and exercising often when you're a teenager will also help you stay in good health later in life. You can keep fit and stay healthy by some the following tips:Eat healthy , get regular exercise it can help prevent heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and colon cancer, lose weight if you're overweight...Eat a variety of nutrient-rich foods. -Your daily food selection should include bread and other whole-grain products; fruits; vegetables; dairy products; and meat, poultry, fish and other protein foods and enjoy plenty of whole grains, fruits and vegetables.Health can be defined as physical, mental, and social wellbeing, and as a resource for living a full life. ... Factors for good health include genetics, the environment, relationships, and education. A healthful diet, exercise, screening for diseases, and coping strategies can all enhance a person's health.Our healthy is very important, so you need to protect it carefully.
