I used to do it almost every day. But that was back when I was a “yewt” (youth). I played football, basketball, baseball softball, volleyball, swimming, gymnastics, skating (roller and ice), skateboarding, street racing (running), sledding, dodge ball, badminton, tennis, bicycling. These were the things I did in the streets and playgrounds outside of the organized sports. When I got to do it on an official team it was track and field, then gymnastics, football, basketball and softball. Now in my older years I rarely play basketball, I do ride my bike occasionally, go skiing once in a while. Other than that I do some exercising in my basement.
