In the era of globalization and international integration, we cannot deny that technology plays an important role in our lives as it affects people's lives in different ways such as learning exercise, leisure activities, ... Therefore people have many types of entertainment that they can do. , especially for teenagers. In recent years, more and more teenagers use phones to entertain themselves by playing games, listening to music, etc., after a tiring working time. However, they don't know how to properly relax their mind instead of wallowing in the phone screen. In my opinion, a good way to be entertained is to relax with some songs you love or do some exercises to release anxiety hormones.

Firstly, I would like to say that music can be your remedy whenever you feel tired or need some space for yourself because it can help you feel comfortable and you can practice. to better his voice. For example, I often play an interesting playlist to enjoy when the mood is down, and I can sing along to the singer to practice my voice.

Second, when you are not feeling well after a difficult situation, you can exercise a little to make your body feel better by releasing some toxic substances or negative thoughts. Doing some exercises can help you get fit enough to wear any clothes you like instead of dreaming of a slim body. Your health may improve for the better and it seems that you are less likely to get illnesses like colds or fevers because your immune system has been strengthened.

In summary, I think people can have another way to spend their free time instead of looking at their cell phones as usual. Moreover, there are many activities that teenagers can do when they have free time.
In my opinion, parents should watch how teenagers spend their free time because not all leisure activities are right. Some spend time reading books, drawing. listening to music or volunteering,... however there are also some teenagers who do not know how to use their free time properly leading to forming an extremely bad habit, they play gambling, immerse themselves in the virtual world or even being addicted to drugs....if we don't solve this problem in time, unforeseen events can happen. they can steal money because they don't have money to buy drugs...For these reasons, I think parents can watch how their children spend their free time. If teenagers have time-consuming activities or they are addicted to bad hobbies, parents need to stay calm and talk to them, listen to them, give them time to think, and show them how receive useful recreational activities.
