With the worldwide coverage of Internet, never before has human witnessed the stunning development of social networks than at the present day. Facebook, an outstanding element of this trend, has entered the vast majority of life spheres, ranging from education to the spare time of young students. Some specialists are concerned that the common usage of Facebook can affect the effectiveness of students’ educational attainments and the natural progress of physical body. In contrast, a number of people believe that Facebook is an efficient method to encourage the self-promotion of each individual along with widen the social acquaintances; therefore, help educate students positively. To my own belief, Facebook indicates both unreputed benefits and enormous risks to its young users.

To begin with, it is true that constant exposure to technological devices to update Facebook has a perilous effect on the physical progress of students. The radiation emitting from these electric means can cause the deterioration of concentration ability and contribute to numerous eye-related disorders like myopic, which substantially decrease the achievements of students at school. Moreover, teenagers usually show the high demands to receive the latest information. Due to the convenience and up-to-date nature of Facebook, young users can easily become addicted to this site. This leads to the reduction of interest in studying and outdoor activities, both of which are believed to ensure for the natural development of an ordinary student.

Besides the negative impacts of Facebook on the daily life of students, it also brings a variety of benefits to the betterment of teenagers. It is widely known that Facebook, with 8 millions users logging in everyday, has been considered as a major investment direction to many international corporations. This can provide young individuals a cheap way to promote themselves to these companies; therefore, gradually enrich their experience in various working sections and offer them a great deal of potential opportunities for future career simultaneously. In the mean time, when the need to connect and communicate worldwide is getting higher, Facebook stimulates the broadening of social acquaintances to different parts of the world. This application not only benefits each young users in widening their own knowledge but also contributes enormously to the process of globalization, especially in the cultural aspects.

In conclusion, Facebook brings human both negative and positive effects. To utilise the finest applications of this online social network, each users, especially young users, should reduce their overdependence on Facebook and regard it as an effective mean to communicate and entertain.

With the worldwide growth of the Internet, never before have human beings witnessed the quick development of social networks. Facebook, an outstanding element of this trend, has become an irreplaceable part of modern society, influencing the way young people approach education and spending their free time. Some specialists are concerned that Facebook might negatively affect students' performance and well-beings. Others believe that Facebook provides individuals with opportunities to widen their social circle. In my opinion, this online platform possesses both benefits and risks to its young users.

It is true that constant exposure to technological device to update Facebook has a perilous effect on students' health. Radiation emitted from phones and computers might deteriorate their concentration span and contribute to eye problems such as myopic, which decreases achievements of students at school. Moreover, teenagers constantly seek to receive the latest information. Facebook's unique feature that satisfies this need could cause addiction among young users. Consequently, it leads to the reduction of interest in studying and participating in outdoor activities.

Despite its negative impacts on the daily life of students, Facebook gives modern teenagers more possibilities to network than ever before. Knowing that over 8 million users log in Facebook everyday, major corporations KPMG, Deloitte and EY use it to reach out to prospective employees. Aspiring individuals can also promote themselves to these companies. therefore, gradually enrich their experience in various working sections and offer them a great deal of potential opportunities for future career simultaneously (câu này ngữ pháp bị sai). Moreover, as people need fast communication, Facebook enables its users to broaden their connection with people from different parts of the world. This application not only benefits each user individuallybut also contributes to the cultural aspects of globalisation.

In conclusion, Facebook impacts modern society in different ways. To maximise this social network's positive influence and minimise its negative consequence, young users should reduce their dependence on Facebook and regard it as an effective mean to build a network and educate themselves.

Today the Internet has become an integral part of our lives as well as the work of most people. Along with the development of the Internet, social networks such as Yahoo, Twitter, Facebook ... bring many benefits, but also cause many harm to the lives of users.

In Vietnam, in recent years, Facebook is considered one of the most used websites, especially young people. Facebook has a tremendous value, for example, it's a convenient and free tool for connecting people to old friends, as well as sharing information about life. , task.

In addition, Facebook users can create groups, personal pages to share, exchange learning, work, life with group members ... students can use Facebook for learning. group, homework information, exam deadline ...

In addition, Facebook creates an environment where people discuss, discuss, and comment on issues in society. From there, it can help users to update the information quickly, more efficiently.

Many people also thanks Facebook for business, sales. With a huge number of users coming from all over the globe, Facebook is an effective channel for many corporations, companies to promote their images and products to consumers. As well, celebrities, football clubs ... promote the image, closer to the fans through the daily update of the news.

Although using Facebook has many benefits, but when we waste too much time it becomes harmful. And perhaps the most damaging thing about Facebook is that it makes us addictive. In Vietnam, spending too much time on Facebook is easily seen among young people. To say, many young people are "eating Facebook, drinking Facebook, and sleeping well Facebook."

Of course, it's hard to give the concept of "spend too much time" but in the morning try to take a picture, then photoshop and put it on facebook, sit "watch" how many people like (like ), comment. Or go to meals to take pictures of food and the like, as well as at school, when the teacher turns up the table, trying to surf Facebook to see what's new on Facebook, or open a new book. 2 minutes to look at Facebook once it is indeed time is being wasted on Facebook.

Although there are no specific figures, I find that we, especially young people, use Facebook solely for the purpose of posting pictures, chatting, or sharing food.

Facebook is a channel that gives us entertainment value. Posting photos, sharing food is considered good for entertainment, but as analyzed above, spending too much time leading to addiction is harmful. Can, indirectly affect the study, work and life of the user.

In addition, there are some minor harms from inappropriate use of Facebook, for example: Too much personal information sharing leads to theft of personal information, which many users use. For fraudulent misappropriation of property. Or some people set up group pages to criticize, neglect or negatively comment on others.

In a sense, Facebook is a virtual site. We should not "live" in the virtual world too much, such as, the use of Facebook chat will affect the ability to communicate directly ...

In order to overcome these limitations, it is possible to say that the user's perceptions play a decisive role, so there is the phrase "save yourself." However, each person has a different situation, a perception, a different thought, especially the young, with limited knowledge and knowledge. Education plays a very important role in the use of the internet in general, or in Facebook in particular. Education about using Facebook is not just about the school's responsibility, it's also about the responsibility of parents, or agencies, or businesses. For example, schools, families, companies, offices can block Facebook pages at certain hours (probably office hours). This restricts students, students to Facebook at school hours, limited staff, civil servants "grab" agency hours to enter Facebook.

It can be said, Facebook is the unity of two sides, benefit and harm. If we know how to exploit its values for the right purposes, then it brings about significant values.
