There are many ways to keep fit. Fristly, you should have a balanced diet. For example, you should drink a lot of water. You should not eat fat, meat, junk food and fast food. Especially, you don't smoke, drink beer, wine and whiskey because that will make you are the pressure. The second way. I should do exercises. For instance, you can do morning exercises: walking, jogging, running,.or you can play sports: swimming, playing soccer, playing volley ball,..Because this makes you stronger, taller and healthier. Last but least, you should sleep enough. You should sleep eight hours a day and go to early because it is good for skin, more optimistic, and alway keep the smile on your slips. Instead of, you go online, you should read the book before go to bed. Because it will take go to have dreams beautifier. In conclusion, there are have a good health.

To have a good health we can follow some ways below. Firstly, having a balanced diet which is necessary for people. We should eat a lot of vegetables and fruit which are full of vitamins. Besides, we try to avoid foods such as: fast food, junk food, alcohol, beer, ......and cut down on high carbonhydrate . Secondly, we can improve my health through playing sports. It makes me feel refresh everyday and relax after a hard working day.Moreover, plays sports can decrease the risk of herat diseases, risk of high blood pressure, cancer.... Thirdly, we'd better sleep 7-8 hours a day and go to bed early. Instead of surfing the net, we should read the book before going to bed. Last but not least, think positvely plays a vital role in keeping our good healthy. In conclusion, we should follow these ideas and good health will belong to you.

Dear Mai, today I will tell you what should we do to keep fit and healthy.
There are hundreds of thousands of way for you keep your fit. But in my opinion, you can notice some following point:
+ You should do morning exercises or play sport as ride bicycle(because riding bicycle helps to reduces polluted environment.)
+ You should have sufficient sleep, at least 6 hours per day, not stay at late. I deal sleeping is about 10 pm.
+ You shouldn't work too hard, reduce the pressure, prevent from stress.
+ You should keep yourself and your home, especially your room clean, tidy.
+ You should see the doctor regularly periodic examine.
