Millions of people and children with disabilities are raised and cared for in social protection facilities.With support from the State budget, organizations for people with disabilities have also mobilized other resources to improve the living conditions of this vulnerable group.People with disabilities receive appropriate care and treatment, orthopedic surgery, rehabilitation, assistance, health insurance cards, and wheelchairs. They are also given bicycles, scholarships, jobs or new homes.
