My close friend is Lan who has a very good diet. She helps me a lot in developing my eating habits. She always tells me that breakfast played an important role so everyone should never skip breakfast. Whether I am busy or not, I do not skip my breakfast thank to her. Every morning, I usually eat bread with an egg or vegetable and drink a glass of milk. I usually have lunch with my family at 11 o’clock with healthy food. I rarely eat fast food like hamburgers, pizza, and fried chicken because it is not good for my health. I like eating fruit because they are delicious and healthy. In the evening, I have dinner with my family but I sometimes hang out to eat with friends.
