Our health is limited. If we do not know how to take care of it properly, we will get sick and not be healthy. To stay healthy I have a reasonable diet and play sports regularly. I eat a lot of meat, fish and green vegetables. I limit eating fast food and foods that contain a lot of fat. I try to drink two liters of water a day every day. Drinking plenty of water helps the digestive process work better. At the same time, when the body is well-hydrated, my skin will also be more beautiful. I usually play sports like badminton or volleyball. Due to busy work, I can’t go to bed early. However, I also try not to stay up too late. Thanks to a scientific diet along with a reasonable time to play sports, my health is relatively good. I rarely get sick. I always try to live healthy to bring good things to my family, loved ones and society

For good health, you need to eat vegetables, fruits, meat, starches and dairy at every meal. It is very important to eat three meals a day and eat healthy snacks between meals. Healthy snacks are nuts, protein bars, protein shakes, and more. However, the most important thing to do for good health is exercise. There are two types of exercises, weightlifting and cardio. Weightlifting allows you to build and tone muscles. Cardio allows you to burn more calories and increase your heart rate. Last but not least is sleep.
