Top three tallest buildings
Burj Khalifa Burj Khalifa, located in the city of Dubai, is the tallest building in the world. At the height of 828m, it's three
times as tall as the Eiffel Tower and nearly twice as tall as the Empire State Building. The building has 163
floors, and most of them are used for luxury apartments or offices. However, visitors can visit many
observation decks and restaurants. To see a full view of the city, you can buy a ticket for entrance to visit
the highest observation deck on floor 148. The building is also famous for its lifts, which are among the
fastest in the world. Visitors can reach the observation deck on the 124th floor within one minute.
Situated in one of the biggest cities of China, Shanghai Tower is the second tallest building in the world. It
took seven years and cost nearly $2.4 billion to build this gigantic tower. When you step inside this building,
you will see that it is divided into nine different areas. The first area is for meeting rooms, areas two to six
are for offices, seven and eight are for hotels, and the last one is for observation. On the observation deck
on the 121st floor, visitors can take stunning pictures of the Huangpu River and two other supertall
buildings nearby.
Makkah Royal This world's third highest tower is a part of seven high-rise hotels in Saudi Arabia. This beautiful clock
Clock Tower tower looks like it's been there for centuries, but it was just completed in 2012. If you look around the tower,
you can see a clock on each side. These clocks hold the record for both the largest and highest in the world.
The clock faces are lit by one million small LED lights that turn the tower into green and white at night. This
building is also a good place for visitors to learn more about the universe. There is a centre for moon
observation. You can also visit a cosmology museum, which has fascinating displays about the earth, sun,
moon, and time.
