In my opinion, one of the most important skills or experiences for SSEAYP (Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program) participants to have is cultural sensitivity and adaptability. This program brings together young people from different countries and backgrounds, providing them with an opportunity to learn about each other's cultures, traditions, and values. Therefore, having an open mind and being able to appreciate and respect diverse perspectives is crucial.
