My favorite Vietnamese dish ever is Beef Pho (Rice noodle soup with beef). Beef Pho is said to be first created in the 1900s in Hanoi, Northern Vietnam. The main ingredients of Beef Pho consist of broth, rice noodles, and sliced beef. Beef Pho is also garnished with bean sprouts, basil, anise, green onion, white onion and coriander leaves. Many people like to put some hot sauce, chili pepper, vinegar or lime into the dish. Beef Pho tastes best when served hot. Because of its delicious flavor, this amazing food is beloved by everyone all over Vietnam. Starting from the North of Vietnam, Beef Pho became extremely popular in the South. After the Vietnam War, some Vietnamese refugees brought the dish to many other countries. Since then, Beef Pho is globally popular. Beef Pho can be eaten anytime of the day, for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Enjoying a bowl of Beef Pho can warm anyone’s heart.

Pho is one of the Vietnamese traditional foods which is a favorite food of Vietnamese people and a must-try dish for tourists visiting Vietnam. Pho is a noodle soup made from rice noodles, beef or chicken and various greens. Eating Pho brings a cozy atmosphere to every family. There are two main kinds of Pho: noodle soup with beef and noodle soup with chicken, both of them are delicious and nutritious. Vietnamese people are very proud of Pho. It is served at many restaurants in Vietnam. As I know in countries around the world, where there is a Vietnamese community, there will be delicious Pho restaurants. In the near future, I hope Pho will be more and more famous so that more foreigners can enjoy this special dish and understand unique Vietnamese culture.

The most famous pho is still Hanoi pho. I don't know when, pho has become an extremely attractive dish every time I come to Hanoi. With a unique flavor that cannot be found anywhere else, Hanoi pho has been deeply imprinted in people's subconscious, by default it is the most delicious dish. If you want to eat pho, you have to go to Hanoi. In the 1940s, pho was very famous in Hanoi. Pho is a dish that can be eaten any time you want: morning, noon, afternoon, or evening. A special point is that pho is not eaten or drunk with anything else. A bowl of pho includes: broth, pho noodles, accompanying spices such as pepper, green onions, lemon slices, chili... Pho broth can be made from beef bones: lump bones, shin bones and sesam bones. Pho noodles must be chewy and soft. Scallions, chili, and pepper add to the flavor of a bowl of pho.

Hello everybody ! Today, I want to introduce you about pho.

Pho is made from rice noodles, beef stock, meat such as beef or chicken, and some kind of herbs. For Pho, we boil beef stock to make broth. Then we cook roasted onions and sliced gingerin the broth. Nooldes are boiled, and put into a bowl with beef and herbs. Finally, we have a lovely bowl of Pho! In Viet Nam, Pho is important because it has an unforgettable taste, so people who come to visit VietNam need to try it!

I feel very proud to know about a dish as famous as Pho.Thank you for listening!
