The Nobel Prize was established by a Swedish inventor, Alfred Nobel. He was born in Stockholm, Sweden, in 1833. His father was also an inventor. Under his influence, Alfred Nobel was very eager to expand his knowledge. Unfortunately, as a child, he didn't attend a school. As a result, his father had his school lessons supervised by a private tutor, so he learned how to read and write at home. Nobel felt curious about everything; whenever he had a problem, he would study it until he could understand it thoroughly. He would conduct experiments over and over again in his laboratory until he finally invented explosives.
