Teens often have trouble sleeping these days.
With the pressure of school, schoolwork, and extra classes after school, many teens find it hard to chill out. As a result, teenagers often face difficulties in getting to sleep and concentrating on their studies.
I have a couple of suggestions to solve this problem. First, schools could introduce relaxation techniques, like guided meditation, to help students manage stress and improve sleep quality. Additionally, parents should consider allowing their children some free time after school, giving them with an opportunity to relax and recharge.
I strongly believe that if more teenagers practice relaxation techniques and have time to relax, they will experience less stress and, consequently, enjoy better sleep and schooling performance.
