Where do you have breakfast? I have mine in the school canteen. Usually there are a lot of  my friends are there too. There were lots of choices, like cereal, toast or yogurt and we ate as much could we can. Now that I'm older, I help the breakfast club. There were some very young children who arrived at 7:30 a.m. and I looked after two or three six-year-olds to make sure they were getting enough to eat. In my opinion, breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it helps the body and brain function better. If I eat breakfast well the day, I have more energy to study. I love being with my friends and chatting in the canteen. After we finished our meal, we cleared the table and we went to class, ready to start the day.
